Continental U.S. Payment & Shipping Information
 
In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days. We accept payment by credit card or by PayPal. No PayPal account is necessary to pay by credit card. Just click the Send Payment By PayPal button when verifying address. It will then allow you to choose payment method. We are PayPal verified. Your information is secured and never shared. We ship within the Continental U.S. by UPS ground which takes 5-7 days. Please make sure your mailing address is a physical address. UPS doesn't ship to P.O. Box addresses.We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. No International shipping at this time.All orders will be shipped to the billing address. Please e-mail us or call us Toll Free 877-224-8212 if you want your order to be sent to an address different than your billing address.

Shipping and handling charges are based on the total merchandise value per order and for each shipping address according to the following chart:

Cancellations & Returns
 
Cancellations ~ Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Customers must contact us immediately. In stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business day.
 
Incorrect Item Received ~ Damaged Items ~ Defective Item ~ Customers must contact us immediately to request a refund or replacement authorization. We will reship the correct item to you regular ground shipping at our expense. No refunds will be authorized after 12 days from the shipping date.
 
Incorrect Address~ If UPS returns item due to incorrect address, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus if you would like the item reshipped,  the additional shipping will be at your cost. You must provide us with a current physical address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
 
All Other Returns~If you want to return an item for another reason than stated above, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Customers must contact us immediately for return authorization. We must be able to put the item back on our shelves as a new product. Item and box must be in restocking condition. The original box must then be reboxed in another box to be shipped back to us. Shipping will be at your expense. No refunds will be authorized after 12 days from the shipping date.
